COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT – SUMMER 2024
On Friday August 16th, Our Butternut location hosted the 2024 Summer Fair.
This event was started back in 2020 during Covid when our residents were unable to attend any community outings. It has since been an event that our residents from our Butternut location and our group homes have truly enjoyed. That fabulous dunk tank was back along with games and a delicious BBQ!
Throughout the summer residents have also enjoyed activities with visitors and volunteers from the community. These included a variety of interactive programs that keep Participation House, Markham a fun and dynamic place to be.
